Lawrence Minasian practices in the areas of personal injury, civil and criminal litigation. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Troast, J.S.C., a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, after graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Minasian has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability, worker's compensation and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Minasian handles a volume of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Debt Reporting Act cases, Plaintiff's personal injury cases, and criminal and municipal court matters. Mr. Minasian also represents several medical providers in the prosecution of PIP arbitrations, and has extensive experience defending public housing authorities, governmental agencies and law enforcement officers.
